White screen when loading CastleVille Legends

Hello Adventurers,

We've received reports that some of you are stuck on a white screen when attempting to load the game using a web browser (like Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer). Rest assured we're aware of this and are actively looking for a resolution.
