The Live Social Stream on Zynga.com will allow players to join in on rewards that other players post, and also allows players to lend their help to others, without leaving their game! Each game that supports the Live Social Stream (currently CastleVille, CityVille, and Hidden Chronicles) has its own Live Social Stream, only accessible while playing that particular game.
If you don't see your Help Requests appearing on the Live Social Stream, there are a couple of things you check to try to resolve this.
If the "Post to Friends"-type button does not turn grey, then the problem is with the Game's permission. We're aware of this, and investigating a long term fix. However we do have some steps that you can try as a short-term fix for this particular problem, if you are experiencing it.
1) Return to facebook.com

2) Click on the ‘Account Settings’ option
3) Click on “Apps”
4) Locate the section for the App you are having problem with, and click “Remove”
5) Click “Remove” when prompted
6) Return to Zynga.com and the game you temporarily removed, and click the “Get Started” button
7) Allow the Request for Permission when prompted by the game
8) You should now see your feeds being published to the Live Social Stream!
.
If the "Post to Friends"-type button turns grey, but you still don't see your request in the Live Social Stream, then the problem may be with your Privacy Settings. You can check these by doing the following:
1) Click the Menu button in the Right Rail, and select "my Profile"
2) Click on "Privacy Settings"
3) Ensure that your "Game Feeds" option is set to 'Yes'
